Working principle

ZS系列轻型直线振动筛是一种传统、经典、通用的筛分设备,其筛箱运动轨迹近似为直线。一般地,各种直线振动筛均由筛箱、支承或吊挂装置、驱动装置、隔振装置等几部分组成。ZS系列轻型直线振动筛利用振动电机的激振力作为振动源,其工作原理为,两台同一型号和规格的振动电机作同步反向转动,其所形成的、呈周期性交变的激振力驱动筛箱、带动筛面,进而使物料在筛网上被抛起,同时向前作跳跃式运动,通过多层筛网产生数种规格的筛上物、筛下物,最后分别从各自的排料口排出,完成筛分作业。

ZS series light linear vibrating screen is a traditional, classical and universal screening equipment.The movement track of its screen box is close to straight line. A linear vibrating screen is consisted of the screen box, supporting or hanging device, driving device, vibration, etc.

ZS series light linear vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibration source. Its working principle is: Two rating motors rotate synchronously and backwardly, and the exciting force drives the screen box and the screen cloth, which makes the material throw up and linear movement forward on the screen deck.Finally, the undersize and oversize products are discharged through different screen to complete the screening operation.
