Working principle
除尘器的工作原理如下:含尘气体由灰斗(或下部敞开式法兰)进入过滤室,较粗颗粒直接落入灰斗或灰仓,含尘气体经滤袋过滤,粉尘阻留于袋表,浄气经袋口到浄气室,由风机排入大气。当滤袋表面的粉尘不断增加,导致设备阻力上升到设定值时,时间继电器(或微差压控制器)输出信号,程控仪开始工作,逐个开启脉沖阀,使压缩空气通过喷口对滤袋进行喷吹清灰,使澽袋突然膨胀,在反向气流的作用下,附于袋表的粉尘迅速脱离滤袋落入灰斗(或灰仓),粉尘由卸灰阀排出。全部滤袋喷吹清灰结束后,除尘器恢复正常工作。
The working principle of the dust collector is as follows: the dust-containing air enters the filter chamber, and the coarser particles directly fall into the dust collector bottom to ash silo. The dust-containing air is filtered through the filter bag, and the dust is retained in the bag. The clean air passes through the bag and discharged into the atmosphe by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag Increases continuousy, causing the resistance of the dust collector rise to the set value. The time relay (or the differential pressure controller)send a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valve is opened one by one to make the compressed air pass through the nozzle then to the filter bag. The spray cleaning is carried out to make the filter bag suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached on the bag surface quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the dust collector bottom. Finally the dust is discharged by the valve at bottom of dust collector. After all the filter bags are sprayed and cleaned. the dust collector returns to normal operation.
