螺带混合机由安装于搅拌轴上的內外径螺旋带动桶体内物料,使搅拌器在桶体內**范围翻动物料。

搅拌器结构上,螺旋设计成内外、左右互为反螺旋,搅拌器工作时内螺旋带动靠近轴心处物料做轴心旋转轴向由内至两侧推动,外螺旋带动靠近桶壁物料做轴心旋转,轴向由两侧至内推动,于是造成物料在桶体內对流循环、剪切渗混,完成物料在较短时间内快速均匀混合。

该机是一种新型高效、高精度的混合设备,广泛适用于制药、食品、化工、及其它工业对各种粉粒体,尤其有粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒体以及糊状物料的高均匀度混合。
