Working principle
超声波旋振筛是在原有旋振筛的基础上,在筛网上附加超声波振动仪,该仪器产生的高频机械波,使超微细粉体接受巨大的超声加速度,从而抑制粘附、摩擦、平降、楔入等堵网因素,提高筛分效率和清网效率。
该设备的特点是可有效的改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降(粉末与网口轻接触)、滑移效应,改善高密度金属在网口滞留或楔入,改善带静电粉体的粘附效应,从而提高筛分效率和筛分质量。用筛分通过率表示,般情况下比不加超声振动筛増加通过率50%-99%,个别情况下増加通过率400%。
