转换水流方向：温度均匀、杀菌锅内循环水呈上、下、左、右均匀的转换，保证了杀菌锅内从升温、杀菌、降温、冷却、锅内每个点的热分布均匀，达到了理想的杀菌效果。

升温速度快，杀菌时间短本机采用双罐热水循环，可以事先把热水罐加温到所需温度再进行杀菌锅灭菌，从而缩短了升温时间。杀菌锅工作过程中的工作介质可以循环使用，节省了能源、时间及人力物力的消耗，降低了生产成本。

杀菌精度高，本机采用的技术及的电脑元件，利用锅内转换的热水循环，浸泡式杀菌，在工作过程中，对锅内温度压力、杀菌时间、进汽、排汽、进水、排水等过程，全部采用电脑自动化控制，锅内度在0.3度左右。确保产品的色泽、口味、营养成分不变，保持原有风味。
