◆ 设备简介     

本机可将盐水及辅料配制的腌渍剂均匀的注射到肉块中，缩短了腌渍时间，大大提高了肉制品的柔软味鲜又能增加出口率口味。本机设计严谨 ，结构合理，操作简便。

The machine can inject the saltwater and auxiliary materials to prepare the pickling agent evenly into the meat, shorten the pickling time, greatly improve the soft taste of meat products and increase the export rate of taste. The machine has rigorous design, reasonable structure and easy operation.

◆ 设备特点     

一、采用双气缸为动力器，压缩空气为动力源，上下运动、输送带前移运动均采用气动结构，当针架向上升到顶点时，触动接近开关，滑阀换位输送带气缸起动，推动输送带前移，当输送机构气缸活塞杆伸足时，触动针架磁阀换向开关，电磁阀通电换向，使针架气缸向下推动。针头插入肉块进行注射，此时注射泵正常工作，针和输送带都处于延时状态。

二、通过时间继电器，设定注释时间（延时时间的设定可按产品不同类型、不同需求、不同要求、注射量而定），一般延时在5—6秒时注射率可达25—36%，延时时间设定可在3—15秒之间可调，延时时间到电磁阀复位，针架气缸向上回升针头离开肉块。

三、输送带向前推移，注射后的肉块经输送带送入前方容器内。如此往复，循环工作。

四、本机供液系统采用中压大流量供液泵。为方便清洗本机采用主机和水箱分离结构。

五、本机设有自动保护针头装置，注射针碰到硬物时，注射针会随之抬起，免受损坏。

　　可根据针头的设计，注射不同的产品，单针单管可进行带骨注射。

2, through the time relay, set annotation time (delay time setting can be in accordance with the requirements of different types, different needs, different products, injection volume and decide), average delay in 5-6 seconds when the injection rate can be up to 25-   36%,   delay time setting can be adjustable between   3   to 15 seconds, delay time to reset electromagnetic valve, needle cylinder upward rebound needles left the meat.

3. The conveyor belt moves forward, and the meat after injection is sent into the container in front by the conveyor belt. And so on and so forth.

4. The liquid supply system of the machine adopts medium pressure and large flow liquid supply pump. In order to facilitate cleaning, the machine adopts separate structure of main engine and water tank.

5. The machine is equipped with automatic protection needle device, when the injection needle touches hard object, the injection needle will be lifted accordingly to avoid damage.

According to the design of the needle, injection of different products, single needle single tube can be bone injection.
