生物活性 | 血管紧张素ⅱ(血管紧张素ⅱ)是一种血管收缩剂和肾素-血管紧张素系统的主要生物活性肽。血管紧张素ⅱ人类中起着重要的作用在调节人体血压,主要由血管紧张素ⅱ和G-protein-coupled受体之间的相互作用(GPCRs)血管紧张素ⅱ1型受体(AT1R)和血管紧张素ⅱ2型受体(AT2R)。血管紧张素ⅱ人类刺激交感神经的刺激,增加醛固酮生物合成和肾的行动。人类血管紧张素ⅱ诱导的血管平滑肌细胞,增加胶原蛋白I型和III在成纤维细胞合成,导致血管壁增厚和心肌纤维化。血管紧张素ⅱ人类也诱发细胞凋亡。血管紧张素ⅱ诱导形成毛细血管内皮细胞通过LOX-1依赖redox-sensitive途径。. | ||||||||||||||||
