1.在线CIP清洗、SIP灭菌(121℃/0.1MPa)；2.按照卫生级要求设计适宜的径高比，结构设计人性化，操作方便；3.采用无级调速机进行调速搅拌，满足不同操作时段的搅拌要求，传动平稳，噪音低；4.夹套内设置螺旋式导流环，强化了传热过程，换热效率高，加热(冷却)均匀，节能；5.夹套外的保温层填充耐高温、抗老化的珍珠棉保温，具有良好隔热保温效果；6.外饰面筒体外形美观、整洁；7.内罐体表面做镜面抛光处理(粗糙度Ra≤0.4µm)，各进出管口、视镜、人孔与内罐体焊接处均采用拉伸翻边工艺圆弧过渡，光滑易清洗，保证生产过程的可靠性、稳定性，符合“cGMP”等规范要求。
