“科伟达”牌不锈钢水槽清洗烘干线，专用于不锈钢拉伸件的除油清洗、烘干，其设计是针对客户的实际需求，一对一非标量身定做。采用高压喷淋的清洗工艺，通过定制的传送带将工件输送至预先设定好的每一段工序，自动完成不锈钢拉伸的除油清洗烘干。一般具有高压喷淋除油清洗、喷淋漂洗、高压风切以及热风烘干等工序。我司通过多年的实际应用案例信息收集，对该设备的各种工艺流程，包括输送、高压喷洗、风切设计以及烘干设计都有*的设计方法。该设备具有工位多，功能全，结构合理，操作简便，清洗烘干效果好、效率高等特点，对于工厂大批量的清洗烘干作业、改善清洗作业环境、提高清洗及烘干质量等具有重要的意义。该清洗机为继电器全自动控制形式，除人工装卸料外，其余工序全部自动完成。
