简介 OptoLED是一款稳定、高亮度的模块化LED 光源,用于荧光和透射光学显微镜,宏观和光遗传学。LED 波长范围从紫外340nm到可见光627nm。具有快速切换波长、长寿命、高稳定性、可变强度和低功耗等特点,使其成为荧光和透射光学显微镜的理想 LED光源 选择。OptoLED光源具有兼容性,通过灵活的联轴器,可以与弧光灯和激光照明兼容。
OptoLED光源能够在宽范围的电流下独立驱动两个LED。对于脉冲照明,可以实现小于100ns的切换时间,并提供支持该操作模式的数字控制输入。通过前面板控制或外部控制电压设置的标准工作电流范围为0-5A。
此外,提供数字输入以独立地切换每个LED,上升和下降时间小于100ns。提供附加插座以与相机同步以减少光毒性或运动伪影。每个通道都有一个显示应用电流的仪表。
OptoLED光源还带有光学反馈功能,因为尽管LED的光输出趋向于比其他光源更稳定,但其对于温度依赖性。 在超过几毫秒的占空比的脉冲操作期间,光学反馈防止LED温度和有效波长引起输出光的变化。
OptoLED光源的具备闭环反馈控制。超高稳定性和“瞬时”(亚微秒)无振动波长切换和光强强度调节在多种应用中具有重要价值,例如组合成像和电生理学、电压敏感染料研究和高速跟踪。直接选择OptoLED光源并仅在相机采集信号时曝光样品的设施有助于减少光漂白/光损坏,并防止在读取或滚动快门伪影期间发生渗色。紫外线和白光 LED 也可用于解笼应用和明场照明。快速调制和准确定义不同波长的独立照明区域的能力使 OptoLED 光源成为光遗传学的理想光源。
