SDP系列湿式滴滤除尘设备是一种利用液体吸附作用来去除气体中固体或液体颗粒的设备。其工作原理主要是通过含尘气体与液滴的密切接触，使尘粒被液滴捕获，从而达到除尘的目的。该设备具有结构简单、投资和运行费用较低、处理气量大、除尘效率高等特点。  

广泛应用于火力发电、钢铁、水泥、化工、垃圾焚烧等行业的烟气净化处理。特别是在高温、高湿、高腐蚀性和含有易燃易爆粉尘的气体处理中，SDP系列表现出了良好的适应性和高效率。此外，对于一些要求无二次扬尘污染的场合，湿式滴滤设备提供了理想的解决方案。  

主要由塔体、填料层、循环水泵、喷头系统、水箱等部分组成。含尘气体首先进入塔体，通过填料层时与自上而下的液滴充分接触，尘粒在多种机理作用下被液滴捕集。清洁后的气体排入大气，而液滴携带的尘粒随水流入塔底的水箱，经沉淀浓缩后进行处理或回用。
