电磁感应铝箔封口膜又称铝箔封口垫片是通过电磁感应机非接触式加热的方式，将热粘合层与瓶口密封。电磁感应铝箔封口膜一般是由四层组合而成。一层为：纸版或发泡，二层为：蜡，三层为：铝箔，四层为：热合层称封口层(此层与瓶子的材质，如PE瓶就要选PE材质铝箔，PP瓶就要用PP材质铝箔，玻璃瓶有玻璃用的铝箔，PET瓶选PET材质铝箔)；但也有不带纸版的，对瓶子和盖子要求比较高一些。

注意事项

* 瓶口处不应有过多的水，油，颗粒物等杂质
* 瓶口应是一个完整的平面，不应有缺口、凹凸不平
* 放入铝箔垫片后的瓶盖与瓶口在旋紧之后，间隙为零（如果之间有距离需要纸板加厚）
* 铝箔垫片材料一定要和瓶子材质一样
* 瓶子或瓶盖决不可以是金属材料
* 瓶盖不可以过厚（不要超过20mm）
