 大袋开袋站主要应用于塑料、橡胶、食品、医药、化工等领域对大袋包装如塑料树脂和食品添加剂等干燥粉、粒状物料进行拆包卸料。

将吨袋包装物料提升到进料口，人工将包装袋下料口拆开后，打开流量控制阀和带附带的振动下料装置促使包装袋内的粉粒状物料通过自重落到下方料斗中。
