| 本机的工作原理是物料进入粉碎室在高速旋转的活动齿盘与固定齿盘受齿的冲击 的作用下被粉碎，经筛网筛选后即成为所需的粉料。 本粉碎机组的粉碎机及吸尘器均采用优质不锈钢材料制成，经*工艺加工粉碎 机机壳内壁光滑平整能使出粉更流畅，更便利壳内清洗工作。高速齿盘与活动牙齿 经特种焊接，使活动牙齿坚固耐用安全可靠。本机符合药品生产的“GMP”要求。 本机因高速旋转，故高速齿盘经平衡测试整机在正常使用过程中达到平稳无震 动，高速齿盘与传动轴连接采用锁紧装置 在使用中更可靠。 G F 3 0 B 2型是在G F 3 0 B机组的基础上增加水冷却装置。 | Its principle of work is as follows:when raw material entered into the crushing chamber,it is broken under the impacting of movable and fixed gear disks that are rotated in high speed and then becomes the needed raw material through screen.
