真空除气器是专门处理气侵钻井液的固控设备，可迅速除去钻井液中的侵入气体，恢复钻井液比重，稳定钻井液性能。它是探井、超深井、欠平衡井钻井工程中的设备，适用于配套各类钻井液循环净化系统。

该除气器采用水环式真空泵，等温工作状态，适用于抽吸易燃易爆气体，安全性能可靠。

气水分离器结构设计合理，可保证气－水有效分离，保持排气管始终畅通。

New Type Vacuum Degasser is solids control equipment for treatment of gas cut drilling liquid.
