5.提供定流量测压力和定压力测流量两种测试方法；

2. Electronic control proportional valve can be configured below 900kPa;

3. Flow range: 0.1sccm to 200L/min;

4. The internal/external pressure point of the instrument can be set and switched;

5. Provide two test methods: constant flow test pressure and constant pressure test flow;
