用途及特点
　　该机床是本公司根据活塞环镀前需要表面光滑，相邻边缘倒角处干净，对减少漏光有明显作用，而且打磨质量好坏直接影响电镀表面质量而设计的。国内现有活塞环加工设备，大部分没有柔性打磨，而且装夹后整筒环中心有偏差，即芯杆弯曲等原因直接影响活塞环表面质量。该机床的特点是镀后打磨采用柔性装置使活塞环表面受到压力均衡，对消除铬瘤有明显作用。该机床操作简单，安全可靠，适应性广。
