球形活性炭

球形活性炭（Spherical Active Carbon, SAC），其体形结构为至少含有一层由材料制成的球形外壳，球形外壳内是球形内核体，可由不同于球形外壳材料的无机材料制作，球形外壳的直径可达10mm，球形外壳壁厚不小于0.5mm，为1-1.5mm。本实用新型揭示的球形活性炭，由于内核体可由不同于球形外壳材料的无机材料制成，球形活性炭的比表面积可高达500-1000m2/g，有利于球形活性炭构成材料性能充分发挥。另外，由于球形活性炭之间形成的流体流道流体力学性能好，流体通过活性炭层压力降小，因此特别适用于床内活性炭堆砌层高度大的固定床气体处理装置。

球形活性炭的应用：

球形活性炭的用途：
1. 溶剂回收　　
工业界使用的有机溶剂各种各样，在优良产品问世的同时，部分有机溶剂被排放到大气中形成污染，产生深刻的社会问题。为此，日本某化工工程公司利用球形活性炭开发了,溶剂回收装置,在国内外的电器、化学、汽车工业，制药等行业，已经建立了400多套装置。节能、无排水溶剂回收及脱臭装置，得到了大家的*。　
2. 过滤器等的煤气处理　　
球形活性炭因其高纯度、低尘、球状、低压力损失的特点以及*的净化能力，已在半导体行业净化室过滤网的吸附材料、电子器件等的气体处理、汽车车内环境净化用吸附材料等领域被采用。　　
3. 水处理　　
活性炭吸附处理是水处理的一个分支，随着近年水质污染以及有关管理措施的强化，对活性炭的需求也在增加。在活性炭吸附处理中，流化床方式显示优异的除污效率，在流化床方式中是采用球形活性炭作为吸附剂的净水厂已经发挥了10年以上的功效。此外，利用其高纯度、低尘、耐磨损的特点，球形活性炭在纯水制造装置及排水处理装置中也得到使用
