一、产品介绍

    PFA消解罐也称：溶样杯、消解瓶、溶样罐、管型瓶等；广泛用于同位素锶钕铅分析、核工业、地质地矿实验样品的消解和中低压溶样，配套ICP-MS/ OES/AAS分析等实验。

    PFA这种材料的化学稳定性可显著减少交差污染，摩擦系数在塑料中低，还有很好的电性能，其电绝缘性不受温度影响。

    PFABeaker配防腐电热板加热支架一物两用，我司采用的是进口的PFA原料自行加工，工艺成熟，螺纹口密封性能好，可以大批量操作配套电热消解仪量身定制多孔同时进行消解节约时间，安全可靠，提高效率。

二、技术参数说明

其中7ml、15ml、22ml、30ml的溶样罐受到众多客户的青睐，同时可配套我公司电热板使用，尤其是带孔消解仪使用效果好。

• PFA制成，本底值低。其底部设计（U、V、平底）可满足不同的实验需求。规格齐全，其中7ml、15ml、30ml被广泛应用于同位素分析实验室。（配套我司电热消解仪，效果更佳）

          Binzhenghong vials is suitable for the preparation, storage and digestion of geological and mineral samples. It is made of high purity PFA with low blank value of metal elements. Its unique bottom design (U, V, flat bottom) can meet different experimental needs. It has a full range of specifications, of which 7ml, 15ml, and 30ml are widely used in isotope analysis laboratories.( It is matched with our hotplates， and the effect is better.)

Binzhenghong hotplate is a digestion or acid drive equipment commonly used in elemental analysis laboratories. It is made of aluminum alloy or graphite, which heats up quickly and uniformly. Teflon PFA coating on the surface for effective corrosion protection. 1、外观半透明、内壁光滑，不挂水，易清洗 

2、耐高底温：使用温度-200～+260℃（密闭情况下不要超过150度）

3、螺纹口，密封优，不漏气 

4、耐绝缘：介电性能与温度、频率无关

5、防污染：金属元素空白值低

6、低的溶出和析出，是储存标准物质、强腐蚀性、昂贵超高纯试剂的好器皿

7、从离地1.2米高处落下，瓶体不破裂，瓶盖不脱落，不泄漏，敞口可高压灭菌品

8、本底低耐腐蚀，可激光打标，可编号、刻度等

9、盖和体可数码编号，不混淆
