肝素-罗丹明是一种荧光肝素多糖。肝素用罗丹明(Ex/Em波长552/575nm)官能化。
肝素是碳水化合物糖胺聚糖家族的一员(包括密切相关的硫酸乙酰肝素分子),由可变硫酸化的重复二糖单元组成。肝素是一种抗凝血剂和抗血栓药物,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎和抗病毒的药理活性。
