WS PC DBCO-Biotin

WS PC Biotin-DBCO is water soluble, azide-reactive photoclevable biotin probe that allows for reagent-free release of the captured biomolecules from streptavidin. This reagent contains a biotin moiety linked to an azide moiety through a spacer arm containing a photocleavable moiety. Captured biomolecules can be efficiently photoreleased, typically >90% in 5-25 minutes using an inexpensive, near-UV, low intensity lamp (e.g. 365 nm lamp at 1-5 mW/cm²).

WS PC DBCO-Biotin是一种水溶性的、偶氮反应的可光解生物素探针，它允许从链霉素中释放捕获的生物分子而不产生任何反应。该试剂包含生物素部分，通过包含可光解理部分的间隔臂连接到叠氮化物部分。捕获的生物分子可以被有效地进行光发射，典型的>90%在5-25分钟内使用一种便宜的近紫外低强度灯(例如，1- 5mw /cm2的365纳米灯)。
