Bis-sulfone Acid

Bis-sulfone Acid is a unique heterobifunctional building block that overcomes the drawbacks associated with the use of traditional sulfhydryl labeling chemistry. Traditional sulfhydryl labeling chemistry cleaves disulfide bridges and leaves them in “open form”, which may compromise the stability and function of an antibody or other proteins. Bis-sulfone reagents re-bridge the disulfide bond, and enhance the structural stability of the protein.

双磺酸是一种*的异双官能团，克服了传统的巯基标记化学的缺点。传统的巯基标记化学方法会将二硫醚桥接在一起，形成“开放形态”，从而影响抗体或其他蛋白质的稳定性和功能。Bis-sulfone试剂重新桥接二硫键，增强蛋白质的结构稳定性。
