Battery Impact Test Machine
Features:
1.The double track form prevents the impact hammer from falling freely due to sudden interruption of power supply; the impact hammer, regardless of the location, will not fall down due to interruption of power supply, which plays a role in safety and protection;
2.The change of the impact hammer style makes it easier to install and demount the hammer, with higher precision, which resolves the test error produced by the second impact;
3. The wire coat is covered with metal fire tube which can effectively prevent the wire from burning caused by the ignition during the battery test;
4. It is equipped with a lighting lamp so that you can clearly see the status inside the test chamber;
5. The height (25~1000mm) for which the digital display mode is used can be adjusted at will;
6. Equipped with a test hole and two additional air outlets; the additional air outlets and the exhaust fan can more effectively and quickly exhaust the test waste gas and air pressure; the test hole is designed to detect the temperature or air pressure inside the test space;
7. The controller, isolated from the test chamber, can be operated 1~2 meters away, which can greatly reduce noise and provide a certain safety measure. Since the instant sound generated during the impact test is very loud and the speed is very fast, the previous control mode would make the tester feel strident and the tester is easily frightened; the long-term test would cause a certain effect on the ears.
一. Principle: Place the battery sample on a flat surface and place a bar with a diameter of 15.8mm (5/8 inch) across the central position of the sample. A weight of 9.1kg or 10kg±0.46kg (20±1lbs) falls on the sample from a height of 1000±25mm.
