经炼药机炼制好的药佗软材，经挤出挤压成所需规格的药条，经过输送条导送入制丸刀轮内，在制丸刀轮的切割和搓动中连续制丸，性能稳定，工作效率高。

ZWJ-DM型全自动双辊是我公司新研制开发的*。制条、搓丸均由一台电机完成，结构简单，操作方便，产量高。可做3、6、9克大蜜丸，更换模具后也可以生产各种规格的水丸、浓缩丸和糊丸。
