ZP15旋转式压片机

主要用途 

本机用以将各种可粒状原料压制成圆形片剂，小批量生产。其特点是装盘上可装15-19付冲模，旋转一周即可压制15-19片。转盘速度、物料的充填深度均可调节。机上的机械缓冲装置可避免过载而引起的机件损坏。机体一侧配有吸粉箱，通过吸咀可吸取机器运转时产生的粉尘，避免粘结堵塞。

This machine is used for pressing all kinds of granular materials into round tablets. The utility model is characterized in that a 15-19 die can be installed on the mounting plate, and the 15-19 sheet can be pressed for one week. Rotary speed, material filling depth can be adjusted. The mechanical buffer on the machine can avoid the damage caused by overload. One side of the body is provided with a powder absorbing box, which can absorb the dust generated when the machine is running, so as to avoid sticking and blocking.
