Mfy-01is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T 15171-94 soft packing performance test method, which is suitable for the sealing test of soft packaging in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. The test can effectively compare and evaluate the sealing process and sealing performance of the soft packing parts, and provide the scientific basis for determining the relevant technical requirements.
Mfy-01 type sealing tester is a kind of heat sealing property and processing technology that USES compressed air to generate negative pressure through vacuum original group to detect and test plastic soft packaging materials. The instrument for quality and reliability of the plastic seal provides an advanced, practical and effective test method, the operation is simple, instrument appearance, novel and unique design, easy to observe the test result, especially to tiny pores on the sealing leakage detecting quickly and efficiently.
2. Structure characteristics and working principle
2.1 structural characteristics
It consists mainly of special transparent vacuum chamber (organic glass bucket), vacuum system, compressed air source (the customer has the gas pressure of 0.2-0.9 MPa), pressure gauge and so on.
2.2 working principle
Through to the vacuum chamber, vacuum leaching test sample in the water produced inside and outside differential pressure, vacuum indoor observation test sample gas to escape or water infiltration, inward test to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
Working principle: the packing inside and outside the packaging to gas expansion, the difference between the gas pressure gas escape to a new equilibrium - high proportion of the gas inside the packaging - gas expansion rate big - packaging film under pressure, gas evolution.
Note: the setting of parameters should be determined by the air ratio in the product, the air ratio is high, the gas expansion rate in the package is high, and the vacuum pressure should be set lower.

4 installation and commissioning
4.1 put the plexiglass on the base.
4.2 will be stable pressure of compressed air source and tester of compressed air inlet pipe connected back end on the right side position (base), and connect the vacuum output (on the left side of the base after the end location) and organic glass barrels of quick connector.
3. Inject a certain amount of water into the tube, and be above the pressure plate surface (but after adding test sample, the water will not be sucked out).
4.4 cover organic glass tube sealing cover, spin the tester on the switch to the open position, and adjust the tester control knob, first of all determine whether the knob lock (i.e., in the condition of press), if the lock, the need when adjusted a little hard to pull up the knob up first, and then adjusted by the rotation, and observe the vacuum pressure gauge, the pressure adjusting to what you need. After adjusting to the required stable pressure, the knob is pressed to secure the position to prevent careless collision and misoperation, resulting in the change of vacuum degree in the vacuum tube, which will affect the test results.
After the end, the switch on the tester will be allocated to the location, and the sealing cover will release water.
5 using the operating
5.1 added water to the vacuum chamber, height more than cylinder head on the bottom of the plate surface, in the sample, the sample of the top surface at low 25 mm from the surface to ensure the sealing effect, sprinkle a little water on the sealing ring.
5.2 cover sealing cover of the vacuum chamber, spin the tester on the switch to the open position, adjust the tester control knob regulation (see above), observe the vacuum pressure gauge, pressure regulation to test the stable value.
Note: just make sure sample can be observed during the test of any part of the leak, can test two or more piece at a time.
5.3 to achieve the required pressure, the switch is the location of the tester, keep the vacuum, the timer start time, observation sample, the holding time to arrive.
Note: adjust the vacuum value according to the characteristics of the sample (used as packaging materials, seals, etc.) or with the provisions of the relevant product standards.
5.4 vacuum during and after reaching the preset vacuum vacuum holding during sample leakage situation, depending on the presence of air bubbles.A single isolated bubbles is generally not as sample leakage.
5.5 reach the holding time, the switch on the instrument spin is position, eliminate vacuum, open the sealing cover, take out the test samples, the surface of the water wipe, and watch the bag surface damage results.
