本机是通过设置旋转离心盘、鼓风机、气动喷枪，将湿颗粒制成球丸。将前道工序做成的混颗粒投入旋转离心盘内，启动鼓风根后再将旋转离心盘启动，使湿颗粒受到环空气浮力、旋转离心力、自身重力作用，呈环周绳股状运动，从而形成真球度的球丸。

QZ Ball Granulator is equipped with a rotary centrifugation disc, a fan, a pneumatic injection gun to make wet grains into balls. Wet grains produced in the last process are put in the rotary centrifugal disc, and then the rotary centrifugation disc is started by the fan to allow the wet grains to move circularly in strands under the air buoyancy, rotary centrifugation torce ａnd self-gravity, so as to produce balls with high sphericity。
