  应多家医院与机构部门要求，广州健仑生物科技有限公司zui近又研发了尼古丁酶联免疫试剂盒 尼古丁试纸 尼古丁测试纸，本试剂盒采用酶联免疫法与胶体金快速检测法不同，但两者间也可以相互搭配使用。据了解广州大学城实验室的王老师已经开始采用这款，得到的反应效果非常不错。

A control band with a different antigen/antibody reaction is added to the immunochromatographic membrane strip at the control region (C) to indicate that the test has performed properly. This control line should always appear regardless of the presence of drug or metabolite. If the control line does not appear the test device should be discarded

  Urine Storage: It is recommended the collected fresh urine to be tested immediay. Fresh urine maybe stored at room temperature (25oC) for up to 4 hours or to be refrigerated (2-8oC) for up to 48 hours prior to performing the test. For prolonged storage, specimens may be frozen and stored below -20oC. Specimens that have been refrigerated must be brought to room temperature prior to testing. Previously frozen specimens must be thawed, brought to room temperature, and mixed thoroughly prior to testing.
