详细介绍：热风循环烘箱是我厂技术人员在原有的远红外干燥灭菌隧道烘箱的的基础上，引进消化*进技术，为药厂的水针、粉针流水线新近开发研究的产品，适用于各种规格的安瓿瓶、西林瓶及口服液易拉瓶等玻璃容器作干燥连续灭菌及去除热源之用。是药厂实施GMP改造*的干燥灭菌设备。

热风循环烘箱特点：

外表采用不锈钢30428亚光复膜板，内层为不锈钢316L。加热段热风循环、百级净化层送风、设立CIP在位清洗系统、变频调速电机驱动网带、加热元件采用双孔镀金石英管、人机界面触摸屏程序控制，*符合GMP要求。

热风循环烘箱工作原理：

在计算机系统的监控下，瓶子随输送带的输送依次进入隧道灭菌烘箱的热区、高温灭区（温度≥350℃，灭菌时间≥5min）和低温冷却区。输送带速度无极可调。温度监控系统设置无纸或有纸记录。整个过程始终处于百级层流保护之下。
