由机械传动，使刀片上下往复运动，原料经输送链送至刀门，切制所需要厚度的饮片。本机设计科学，五星轮采用电脑铣割。精度高，结构合理：整机全部采用钢结构，或不锈钢结构，输送带是不锈钢坦克链，坚固耐用，不易打滑，噪音低，清洗维修方便，符合 GMP 要求。
