该设备是我所高效包衣机的系列产品，是对中、西药片的片心进行薄膜包衣的设备，符合GMP标准，适用于试验室及药厂的新产品试制和小批量生产。该设备采用了PLC控制，主机转速变频无级调速，可显示主机转速、负压、主机进风、出风温度，实现了自动清枪和除尘振打、故障自诊断、供风温度PID控制等功能。同时可提供蒸汽加热和电加热两种方式，电加热供风柜具有超温保护功能。
BG10&BG5 are included in BG Series High Efficiency Coating Machine, which is used to do film coating for tablet of not only Chinese medicine but also Western medicine. BG10C&/BG5 Type High Efficiency Coating Machine are up to GMP standard and used for lab, and the trial-produce for new products or small-batch produce in medicine factories. These two type machines use PLC to carry out the equipment's auto controlling. The Pan unit has frequency conversion to regular the rotation speed with non-range. It can show the rotation speed of Pan Unit, voltage and the temperature of input& output air; and accomplish cleaning guns auto, dedust flapping, self-checking for faults, and controlling the input air temperature by PID etc. These two type machines have two system for heating, steam heating& electric heating, and the electric heated Hot Air Unit has protect function for high temperature.
