双轴剪切式撕碎机是通过剪切、撕裂和挤压减小物料尺寸的，本产品适用于难以破碎的塑料、橡胶、大型轮胎、大型尼龙料、胶头料、纤维、纸张、木材、电器件、电路板等原料的处理。该设备具有剪切力大、撕碎效果好，噪音小、稳定性好等特点。
温馨提示：当原料含铁量较大时，推荐使用H13材质的刀片，其余原料采用55SiCr材质的刀片即可！

Biaxial shear shredder reduces the size of materials by cutting, tearing and extruding. This product is applicable to the processing of raw materials such as plastic, rubber, large tire, large nylon material, rubber head material, fiber, paper, wood, electrical parts, circuit board, etc. which are hard to be broken. The equipment has the characteristics of high shearing force, good tearing effect, low noise and good stability.
Warm tip: when the iron content of raw material is large, H13 blade is recommended, and 55sicr blade is recommended for other raw materials!

双轴撕碎机的优点：
　　1、双轴撕碎机使用厚重动刀，破碎效率高，而且它的刀具采用合金钢铸造，坚固，并且使用寿命长。

撕碎机使用与保养说明：
　　1、试车起动前要严格检查机器各部位安装是否符合要求，螺钉螺栓是否松动，可用手轻拉皮带试转，是否有碰壳等现象。同时检查旋转方向，严禁粉碎易燃、易爆物品，以免发生事故。
　　2、生产中应保持均匀下料以保障粉碎质量和正常生产，同时严禁电机过载，以保障机器正常运行。
　　3、除经常注意检查各部位紧固松动外，同时应该注意检查易损件的磨损情况，如磨损严重应及时更换，以免损坏主要部件，并采取必要的防火措施。
　　4、由于转速较高，除安装正确牢固外，同时应保持良好的润滑，以保持机器的正常运转。一般情况下轴承温度不超过70度为正常。主机轴承每周加一次黄油、二硫化钼，高速黄油效果比较好。
