GD6-200C给袋式包装机
本机是在消化和吸取国内外同类产品的*经验的基础上，研制出的新一代产品。它应用广泛，适用于各种物料的包装。通过与液体灌装机、组合秤、螺杆秤等配套使用，可进行液体、粉剂、颗粒、固体等各种物料的包装，只需根据不同的物料选择不同计量充填装置即可。该机采用了的PLC控制系统和触摸屏的操作系统，使用变频调速装置,在规定范围内可随意调节速度;具有自动检测功能(如不开袋或开袋不完整时,不加料,不热封,袋子可再次利用。);当工作气压或加热管故障时,将有报警提示。根据生产需要可选择工位要求（如六工位，八工位）。本机与物料接触部位均采用优质不锈钢制作。本机符合GMP要求。

It is widely used for packing various kinds of materials. Assorted with liquid filling device, combination weigher, screw scale, it can pack different materials like liquid, powder, granular, solid and so on.
Using the famous brａnd PLC and touch screen, it is easy to operate. Frequency control device can adjust the speed optionally in the suitable limit. IF the bag is not opened enough, the automatic detection function will not fill and seal and reuse the bags. It can alarm when the working air pressure and heating pipe have breakdown. According to the capacity, you can choose different working positions like six and eight.
The parts contacting with material use the high quality stainless steel.
