阻火呼吸人孔是我厂根据市场需求，参考了*技术资料研制而成的产品。是安装在石油、化工等物料储罐顶上的安全应急的通风装置。通常与阻火呼吸阀配套使用，既能避免因意外原因造成罐内急剧超压或真空时，损坏储罐而发生的事故；又能起到安全阻火的作用。是目前国内保护储罐安全的理。

产品采用全天候密封结构，以配重来调节吸入阀瓣和泄压盖的开启，以不锈钢波纹带为阻火层来阻止火焰的通过，并设双抽屉口为清洗更换阻火层提供了方便，缩短了时间。总之，该产品具有定压排放、定压吸入、开闭灵活、安全阻火、结构紧凑、安全可靠等优点。

◎产品结构 Product structure

在阻火呼吸阀正常工作情况下阻火呼吸人孔基本保持密封状态，储罐处于正常压力。当呼吸阀正常工作满足不了因意外原因造成储罐压力急剧超压时，呼吸人孔的泄压盖自动顶开，进行紧急泄压，使罐内压力保持正常；当罐内压力减压或超真空时，吸入阀便开启急剧吸入大气，维护罐内正常压力；当吸入大气带有火花、火焰时，阻火层起到“器壁效应”作用来阻止火焰的通过，以保护储罐的安全。
