Ultiate XB-CN(氰基)液相分析柱
Ultiate XB-CN色谱柱有正相和反相两种模式。反相氰基柱对疏水性分子洗脱快,对极性化合物具有*的选择性,对强碱性化合物分离具有良好的峰形,与C18、C8等反相柱具有不同的选择性。在所有反相色谱柱中,极性zui强。在疏水性十分强的化合物用标准C18和C8柱和典型的反相洗脱液不能洗脱时,可用氰基柱。
在正相色谱中氰基柱可以替代硅胶柱。键合正相柱有快速平衡和比非衍生硅胶表面活性更*的特点。为延长色谱柱的寿命,交替调换正相反相的洗脱机是应该避免的。
