The leading enterprise in the field of domestic pharmaceutical glass packaging manufacturing recommended by the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association, the leader of domestic neutral borosilicate glass, and the icebreaker in the industry. The leading product, pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass, is the industrial chain of China's pharmaceutical industry. Vaccines, biochemical drugs, blood products, water injections, freeze-dried powder and other key materials in the supply chain of medium and high-end pharmaceutical packaging. China's neutral borosilicate glass shortboard products can be completely imported and replaced.

The management committee work system, the technical committee work system, the talent introduction and training system, the R&D project establishment and process management system, the instrument and equipment use and management system, and the fund management system have been formulated and implemented, which has improved the operation ability of the enterprise.
Special: The enterprise has successfully developed the core production technology "Cold-top All-electric Melting Vello Technology to Produce Pharmaceutical Neutral borosilicate Glass Tubing", which breaks the law of International Teaching that All-Electric Melting Vello Process cannot produce Medicinal Neutral borosilicate Glass.
FOUR STARS GLASS has achieved four major technological breakthroughs in the industry:
• Successfully built the world's first Cold-Top All-Electric Melting Vello Process production of neutral borosilicate glass tubing
• Neutral borosilicate glass has achieved import substitution, filled the domestic gap, and indirectly reduced the use cost of pharmaceutical enterprises and the manufacturing cost of glass enterprises;
• Transform the industry from high-energy and high-pollution into energy-saving and environmental-friendly industry;
• Take the lead in realizing intelligent manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Packaging industry.
At present, there are 74 patents, including 14 invention patents and 7% of the enterprise's R&D investment.
Innovation: Focusing on the development of pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass, the company has built 23 new products and new technology research and development projects in the past three years, realized 8 new product research and development, 6 new technologies, and 9 achievements transformation, actively seized the domestic and foreign pharmaceutical packaging market.
The research and development has been successfully upgraded from the original one-to-two large-scale bottle-making production line to one-to-four integrated novel corona-virus vaccine bottle production line, which is the first in the domestic pharmaceutical packaging industry.
The new generation of information technology has been integrated and developed with the manufacturing industry, and an enterprise-level digital Internet platform has been established to realize the data interoperability of enterprises, the overall management level of enterprises has been improved, and the intelligent manufacturing of pharmaceutical neutral borosilicate glass tubing and vaccine bottles has been achieved.
