用途介绍/Application：

本生产线由振动盘理管、陶瓷泵灌装、机械手上盖等工位组成，能自动完成上管、灌旋、上盖、不合格品剔除等动作。主要用于凝胶，胶饵等膏体。

This production line is composed of vibration plate sorting the tube,ceramic pump filling, manipulator covering, etc., which can automatically complete the tube feeding, filling, capping, unqualified products removal and other actions. Mainly used for gel filling.

陶瓷泵灌装灌装易清洗；

无凝胶管不灌装，凝胶管不够不灌装；

No tube no filling, no enough tube no filling.

控制系统：主要元器件采用国内外品牌，西门子PLC，威纶触摸屏；
