When the dust on the surface of the filter bag Increases continuousy, causing the resistance of the dust collector rise to the set value. The time relay (or the differential pressure controller)send a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valve is opened one by one to make the compressed air pass through the nozzle then to the filter bag. The spray cleaning is carried out to make the filter bag suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached on the bag surface quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the dust collector bottom. Finally the dust is discharged by the valve at bottom of dust collector. After all the filter bags are sprayed and cleaned. the dust collector returns to normal operation.
