主罐及辅助设备凡与接触之处,均采用SUS316L或SUS304不锈钢制作加工,符合制药2010版GMP要求,因而能保证药品的质量,且寿命长。

小型提取浓缩机组特点Unit Characteristics
1、由于溶质高速溶出,提取时间短,浓缩与提取同步进行,故药材到浓缩药膏只需7-8小时,设备利用率高。
2、由于浓缩的二次蒸汽作提取的热源,抽入浓缩器的提取液与浓缩同温度,可节约50%以上的蒸汽,热损耗非常少。
3、溶剂投入量减少,提取罐药材只需加一次溶剂,在一套密封设备内循环使用,药渣和药液中的溶剂基本上都能回收出来(损耗率在5%以下),所以溶剂用量少、消耗低,生产成本大幅下降。
4、收膏率比传统工艺可提高10%-15%,药效成分含量成倍提高。因一次性注入的溶剂能实现大回流循环,使药材中溶质浓度和溶剂中溶质浓度始终保持很高的梯度。所以药材中的溶质快速溶出。收膏及有效成份收率均有较明显增加,为药品定性定量鉴定奠定良好基础。
